Product Manager Automotive – Snoeks Automotive
Snoeks Automotive is the market leader in the field of interior concepts for commercial vehicles.
We are looking for a professional Product Manager Automotive who can not only monitor the entire product life cycle, from discovery and innovation to phase-out, but also having an eye for detail. Important parts of your duties are to carry out all supporting processes, including product and market research, competitor analysis, roadmap development, planning, positioning and product launch. As a result, you proactively contribute to Snoek’' growth strategy. In this role, you are also the connecting link between our customers and the organization. This means that you will work closely with our customers on the one hand and all relevant internal stakeholders, such as engineering, production, marketing and sales teams, on the other. You will continue to closely monitor the development and launch of products in order to take the organization to an even higher level.
As you will...
- Manage growth and profitability of the product line;
- Developing and analyzing market insights;
- Creating transparent product roadmaps;
- Coordinate business cases for new product planning;
- Initiating and monitoring the New Product Development cycle;
- Leading customer teams;
- Define and execute go-to-market plan;
- Coordinating technical product questions and modification requests from the car manufacturer;
- Investigating opportunities for cost optimization;
- Reducing complexity (standardization and phasing out);
- Ensure the availability of after-sales parts;
The ideal candidate...
- Has no objection in working on-site
- Holds 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Gained experience in working at an Automotive supplier preferably in close contact with the O.E./O.E.M.;
- Sees the “big picture” in combination with an eye for detail;
- Likes to take the lead and stimulates others to follow
- Makes/gives persuasive presentations;
- Moves easily through the organization;
- Holds up multiple balls at the same time with ease;
- Is an excellent communicator (verbally and in writing) in NL and EN; German or French is an advantage;
- Has completed an education at BSc level;
- Feels comfortable working in a technical environment.
