Operational Network Manager – Subaru Benelux

The Operational Network Manager provides strategic leadership to the existing Account Managers and supports the Deputy General Manager in achieving sales objectives across the Benelux region. This role is responsible for overseeing regional sales operations, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and designing training programs to address performance gaps.  Additionally, the Operational Network Manager maintains strong relationships with the dealer network, negotiates annual sales targets, and ensures that stock levels are managed according to dealer contracts and company standards. You will work hybrid from the Benelux headquarter in Zaventem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be able to perform all of these:  

Strategic

• Lead, mentor, and support account managers to achieve retail and wholesale targets within the Benelux region.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and dealership calendars to drive sales growth and expand market coverage through the dealer network.

• Assist the Deputy General Manager with strategic planning and coordinate inter-departmental initiatives to align with overall company objectives.

Operational:

• Oversee compliance with dealer contracts regarding new car and demo stock levels.

• Implement new sales and after-sales criteria aligned with the company’s strategic direction.

• Monitor and analyze dealer performance, ensuring adherence to sales policies and recommending countermeasures to achieve targets.

• Coordinate the sale of used company and rental cars to optimize inventory turnover.

Developmental:

• Design, deliver, and oversee training programs to enhance dealer performance and product knowledge.

• Develop and execute sales campaigns and discount actions to boost turnover.

• Generate and present sales forecasts and reports to guide strategic decisions and actions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven team management skills.

• Experience in the automotive industry.

• Excellent communication skills in English, French and Dutch.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce.

• Experience with budget management and financial analysis.

• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
