Our assessment centre
At Heiwegen Consultancy we carry out all assessments for our clients ourselves with our own assessors. We use the latest online testing tools that are guaranteed to be valid, reliable and available in all languages. We incorporate the results into clear and unambiguous advice. A written report supported by a verbal explanation gives you the answer to the questions you have. In addition, we always give a personal explanation.
Assessment centre content
The assessment at Heiwegen Consultancy takes half a day in practice and is structured from the following elements:
- Online capability tests (testing work and analytical levels);
- Online personality questionnaire;
- Role-playing;
- Benchmark-oriented in-depth interview (focused on the CV and specific tasks in the form of strengths/weaknesses analysis and a ‘vision for the job role’).
- Verbal feedback.
